We are in the first National organisation to provide a coordinated approach to the delivery of business development and support services. Through our extensive range of strategic partners at both a regional and national level we have the most comprehensive range of professional services to assist business owners start, grow, develop and exit their businesses. The Business Development Network is not like other national business coaching organisations that have been established in in recent years. We are not a franchise and therefore do not have costs that need to be passed on to our clients. Our members have expertise and are specialists in business development and have a commitment to working in a collaborative and cooperative manner to ensure that their clients can access the best quality business advice and support services available.
How we manage our client relationships
Consistent with our professional standards, our approach to managing client relationships is based on the following principles:
· Prior to providing any recommendations and advice we invest time in developing an understanding of the client's business
· We will only offer our services to a client where we are confident that we can add value to the business
· All client relationships are governed by a letter of engagement that defines the terms of agreement and the performance standards to be met by the consultant in delivering the agreed services required by the client.
· The conduct and performance of our member consultants are governed by the professional standards of the Business Development Network. This includes a dispute resolution process for our clients to address any issues that could arise if the performance and delivery of services by the consultant did not meet the professional standards of the Business Development Network
· Each client is unique and therefore each solution must address the specific needs of the client
